It's hard to believe we are nearing the end of the first quarter of 2022. So much has happened in such a short amount of time, and I suspect I am not alone in my surprise (and heartbreak) at what the last few months have brought to our lives.

In terms of real estate: with a near-certain Fed rate raise next month and fear around the geopolitical situation in Ukraine, markets across all asset classes will remain unpredictable for the foreseeable future.
