The Monthly Mag - February 2022

Hope all is well with you!

Yesterday marked my one year anniversary at SERHANT.! It is crazy how time flies! This past year has been a blast, and I am so grateful for you coming along on this journey with me.

As you can see from the market reports below, the market in NYC is healthy and busy! Buyers are back, and inventory is low. Activity is up, and buyers are trying to secure purchases before interest rates increase later this year. Many segments are back to pre-pandemic levels (and some have already surpassed these numbers).

After several months away, Maggie’s Monthly is now retired. (RIP!) In its place, I am excited to introduce to you The Monthly Mag! I hope you enjoy, and will follow along for monthly market updates, real estate news, and what I am up to in my daily life.
