Happy New Year! I hope you had a wonderful holiday season and that your year is off to a great start!

The market slowed considerably in Q4, driven by increasing mortgage rates, a volatile stock market and reports of impending layoffs. However, while activity slowed down pricing generally remained the same. Despite the drop in demand, the lack of inventory is keeping prices stable.

We are optimistic about the year to come as mortgage rates stabilize and global travel (especially from Asia) returns to a normalized level. Below I have included all of our Q4 SERHANT. marketing reports for your reference.
